Another technique taught is this Indirect Method (upside down on paper), in which the pupils glue the 'Tesserae' face down on paper. During the Master they create a mosaic tile (approximately 30x30 cm) in Roman mosaic with polychrome marble, with the Direct Method on provisional putty.
