Mini glass mosaic tiles are sold face-mounted on paper sheets of 81 tiles. The paper can be removed by soaking in water. Each mosaic tile is approximately 3/8" x 3/8" and over 1/8" thick, the same as our 3/4" vitreous glass mosaic tile, and therefore can be used together. But keep in mind that colors can vary by manufacturer batch and that colors of the same name may vary slightly. These tiles are great for applications where the artist would like to avoid cutting, although you should be aware that sharp edges may be present due to an occasional broken or chipped tile. Vitreous tiles can be cut with a regular tile nipper, but we recommend our Mosaic Glass Cutter for cleaner cuts and less waste.
