Stone Marble Mosaic Tiles are tiny tumbled stones sold by the pound in loose bags. DIMENSIONS: 3/8"x3/8" square x 3/8" thick. The small size makes it possible to make detailed mosaic designs with little or no cutting. This is important because cutting can mar the finish of tumbled mosaic marble, and stone never breaks as cleanly or as predictably as ceramic or glass mosaic tile. There are approximately 200 marble mosaic tiles per pound, which covers over 1/4 sq ft with a grout spacing of 1/16 inch. You must seal stone marble mosaic tile with a sealant or stone enhancer BEFORE GROUTING to avoid staining. Stone enhancers bring out the natural color of the stone and make it darker.  A regular grout and tile sealer won't change the stone's appearance.
