Issues like lost deliveries, wrong products, damaged products, etc. are always resolved faster
via email than by phone.
Project Advice?
Chances are we have answered your question multiple times if not thousands
of times over the past nine years. Usually we have already written a very specific answer
and posted it online somewhere, and we can email the link to you in a snap.
Phone Number
We can always email you things like a tracking number much more quickly than we
would be able to find a quiet moment to call you back with it.

We try to respond to voice mail at least once a week.
Emails are answered throughout the day as quickly as possible, many times within minutes.
Phone Orders
We don't accept phone orders because we want our customers to be happy
and successful, and ordering by phone is never a substitute for reading product descriptions
thinking through the details of your project.
Also, the phone also doesn't require that people check their own information in written form.
The more urgent an order, the more likely a customer is to give incomplete or incorrect information
on the phone.
The website's encrypted checkout is much more secure than the telephone.
Even if we took your credit card number over the phone, we would still have to enter it
into our online credit card processor, just like any other business would.
The customer's own computer seems to be where most online credit card theft happens. All it takes
is some trojan that sends out every keystroke you make. Make sure you install and update
antivirus software on your computer and never type sensitive information into public
computers such as those in libraries.
Warehouse Address
Mosaic Art Supply's warehouse in Decatur is NOT open to the public for walk-in retail sales.
Our insurance policy and our manufactuting activities do not allow uninvited visitors.
Contractor pickup is available for ONLINE orders over $500. Do not show up without first placing
an order online. Our employees will not allow you to enter without your 5-digit invoice number.

Note that our main entrance and loading dock face the internal parking lot of the complex,
